We are always available by email and will answer your inquiry promptly.  We are in the Pacific time zone, so you may expect a reply within regular working hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, initially, until a work schedule is agreed upon.  We also work on retainer, where requested monthly hours (12 hours minimum for rate discount) are prepaid by the client and are reduced by 10%.  Hours not used within the month paid will not be refunded, extra hours will be billed at the regular rate. Hourly rates are billed in quarter-hour increments on the 10th and 25th of each month, depending on the start date of the project.  Payment is due on receipt of invoice and may be paid by check or by credit card or PayPal on this website (see PayPal button below).  Fee may include additional costs of materials needed to complete job.
